UPDATE - 28/7/2021: Game runs in windowed fullscreen. HUD has been rearranged to better suit this. WASD can be used for movement along with the arrow keys. Font has also been changed to be much easier to read.

UPDATE - 26/7/2021: Colliding with characters no longer automatically throws you into a conversation. You now need to press the Spacebar while around them to enter one. Resolution is also fixed.

A prototype for an arcade-style social simulator.

You're invited to the house of Cuckoo as you get to chat to six characters: Sling, Bronze, Dalila, ErinFroggie and the host himself, Cuckoo J. Beakingsworth.

If the notice “Character’s response has not been coded yet. Please try another option.” shows up on screen, don’t worry, just keep picking out options until you find one that works. Sometimes, you may need to choose a different topic entirely.

This is a game made for my major project of the year for Year 12 IT Multimedia. Definitely not the most polished thing in the world, not even close to being an actual thing you'd see in a regular game jam, but hey, it's good for my first attempt and most likely impressive for the context given.
